Robber Saved From Being Lynched To Death By Angry Mob After Stealing From Bet9ja Office

It was indeed a day of saving grace for a young man who decided to take forcefully the labour of his fellow men as a profession. An armed man who was said to belong to a cult group in Owerri, Imo State, was saved from being lynched to death but for the quick arrival of men of the Civil Defence corps at a BETNAIJA office located at Alvan Guest House, Amakohia, Owerri.
According to a source, the armed man  had invaded the BETNAIJA office which was also a sports viewing center with five other armed cultists and made away with two laptops and hit a young man they met at the centre with a gun as he attempted to stand up to them.
It was said that they broke his head with an iron and ran away. But unfortunately, one of them was caught and was nearly burnt but for the intervention of civil defense officials who were later joined by two hilux vans filled with armed police men who took him away.
